Greenwich Management Consultants resulted from a successful technical and professional selling career, together with a sound international commercial background at senior management level. 
James’s sales and management experience started with Associated Octel (now Innsopec) at their Fuel Technology Centre in Milton Keynes, England where he studied towards an MSc in Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing and Management. Being instrumental in both the technical and business transformation of the Fuel Technology Centre from an internal R&D facility to a highly regarded commercial engine, vehicle and fuels test facility with clients including ExxonMobil, Rolls Royce and Jaguar LandRover. 
He joined Innov8 Technologies (ex Delphi) as their Test Business Manager, where he completed the objective of setting up a test facility to add value to existing client projects. 
Moving to Petrochem Carless (now Haltermann Carless UK Ltd) where, as the Performance Fuels Sales & Product Manager he managed both a commercial team covering world-wide sales and international distributors. A role combining his unique mix of technical and commercial knowledge. The role of Global Account Manager saw James working with international clients in the oil, specialist fuels and engineering sectors working with senior management on strategic development programmes. As part of this role his responsibility included M&A and due diligence activity reporting to the Management Board
